details about Dua Lipa and Callum Turner’s engagement. They legally wed on May 31st in London at the
Old Marylebone Town Hall, dressed in timeless, custom-made garments. Turner donned a deep navy,
double-breasted Ferragamo suit with a matching shirt and tie, while Lipa stunned in an ivory Schiaparelli
Haute Couture skirt suit by Daniel Roseberry featuring an asymmetrical design and a sculpted bustier. She
paired it with a wide-brimmed Stephen Jones hat, a Bulgari Serpenti necklace, satin gloves, and pointed
Christian Louboutin pumps.

For those of you with a keen eye for couture, you may have noticed that Dua’s look takes heavy
inspiration from one of the coolest brides of all time, Bianca Jagger. When Bianca Pérez-Mora Macías
married Mick Jagger in Saint-Tropez in May of 1971, she rewrote the rules of bridal dressing in Yves
Saint Laurent’s Le Smoking. Wearing the ivory tuxedo jacket with nothing underneath—and only a single
button fastened, she completed the look with a fluid silk skirt, open-toe sandals, and a tulle-trimmed

Trotter. The design was a halterneck, mermaid-style dress, woven of white leather in the brand’s classic
intrecciato style. The bottom of the dress was made of white ostrich feathers, that of course, matched her
purse. She accessorized with gold bangles and her Bulgari Serpenti necklace.

For her wedding day beachfront brunch, Dua opted for a more lightweight look–a custom dress by Chloe
featuring sheer and floral lace details. She wore this over a white bikini that offered a more casual, but
cheeky feel. She was also seen carrying around the most adorable clutch in the shape of a swan.

For the main event, Dua Lipa wore a custom Chanel couture gown–Matthieu Blazy’s first custom bridal
gown design for the house. This dress of dreams was covered in 480,000 beads and trompe l’oeil jewels,
all hand-embroidered for over 1,000 hours. The dress had a 2-meter train underlined with 25,000 feathers
by Lemarié. Her tulle veil draped six-meters and featured hand-sewn beads, feathers, and hand-cut
organza appliques. Her shoes were custom-made white, satin pumps by Massaro.
